Following an internal audit by TRAP, the music merchandise trade body, it has
been confirmed that since instructing BRANDSENTINEL 6 months ago, global on-line
piracy has reduced by 95%. The service is to be continued to maintain market
position and maximise the impact on unlawful sales.

BRANDSENTINEL, together with legal partner Hamlin's
Law LLP of London, secured numerous civil settlements over the
preceding quarter on behalf of a major media/TV client.
Unlawful sale of Pre Season Fashion
Designers Range Investigated
BRANDSENTINEL have identified infringing sales of Pre-Season
Clothing for a major fashion designer. Following investigation,
the source of the goods and retail outlets were identified
and legal proceedings are being taken.

BRANDSENTINEL enforce Major Fashion Designers Trademark rights in CHINA
BRANDSENTINEL have identified and taken enforcement action against an organised
counterfeit operation based in China.
The organisation was found to be replicating a major fashion
designers catalogue. Using China's successful initiative in
upholding intellectual property rights, we were able to take
enforcement action against those involved. More recently China
has begun to recognise and respond to the scale of counterfeiting
in South East Asia and BRANDSENTINEL are positioned to respond
with a team of bilingual consultants and legal partners.

55,000 Auctions removed on behalf of a single client in 8 weeks.
TRAP the Music Merchandisers Trade
Association enlist the services of BRANDSENTINEL to reduce the
UK Internet bootleg market. 55,000 auctions were removed
with a street value of over £650,000.
NOVEMBER 2006
236,371 Auctions removed for clothing company with a street value in
excess of £2.15 million
A consortium of clothing manufacturers instructed Brand
Sentinel to protect their IP rights on Internet Auction sites.
After a three month campaign, 236,371 auctions were removed
and infringement of their products has reduced by 98%.
